Miss Pamela Beauchamp, daughter of Mr and Mrs H. A. Beauchamp, Wellington, has been associating herself with tho repertory theatre effort in Sydney with some success. On Wednesday of last week the Vogue Theatre (Sydney) Society gave a performance of the comedy “This Thing Called Love,” by Edwin Burke at St. James Hall, Miss Ina Allen, formerly of Wellington, being the producer. In its critique the Sydney Morning Herald said—“As the business wife Miss Pamela Beauchamp exactly implied the charm, clear honesty, and unusual qualities of her role —a near excellent portrayal only marred by a dropping of the voice at tender moments.” Miss Beauchamp is completing her education at Ivineoppal Convent, Elizabeth Bay. She and her mother share a flat at Wyldefel Gardens, Potts Point, Sydney.
