PLANS FOR NEW SEASON In preparation for another year's activities the committee of the Palmerston North Little Theatre Society met yesterday afternoon, Mr. H. G. Bagnali presiding. Also present were Mesdames S. T. Bristow and G. C. Petersen, Misses M. Grant and M. Warren, Messrs G. H. Lusk, J. P. McDavitt, J. Garde Grimshaw and R. Rees. Mrs. Bristow submitted a list of plays chosen for reading, also one-act plays for production. These were approved, also "Short Story 77 (Robert Moreley) for the first big public production. The matter of finalising the dates was left in the hands of Mrs. Bristow, the third week in April being suggested. The season will open with the first reading on April 4. A new enrolment form was decided upon, and various duties assigned and it was agreed to continue the system adopted last year with regard to membership tickets.
