“CALLING ALL STARS.” Popular with all patrons of vaudeville throughout New Zealand, George Wallace, the inimitable Australian comedian, heads the Mike Connors-Queeuie Paul Musical Revue Company, which Sir Benjamin Fuller will present for a season in Palmerston North commencing on Tuesday, February IG. George Wallace has a fund of new stories and sketches. Mike Connors and Queenie Paul need no introduction. An old favourite, Minnie Love, is among the principals and Nellie Kollo, male impersonator, will be seen in a series of clever items. The clever little comedian, Lulla Fanning, assists George Wallace in many of his sketches. Dancers extraordinary are Rex and Bessie, and a novelty act, “Les Silhouettes. ’ ’ which has delighted audiences everywhere, is presented by the Russell Brothers. Harry Thompson, “The Monarch of the Mouth Organ,” has a novel and tuneful act, aud Jimmy Coates is described as Australia’s lead ing saxophonist. Leo Trennette’s splendid tenor voice will be heard in several popular songs, and the Tyrolean' dancers, Delaney and Butt, are a great hit. Others to assist in the success of this big show are the Marcella Trio, Russell Gough, Ginger James, Eddy Roach, tho Morein Trio, and Elsie aud June. The sunkissed ballet is also a feature.
