In the bank note case against Clifford George Remmers tho jury returned a verdict of not guilty on the charge of forgery and guilty ou the charges of being in possession of forged bank notes, uttering and attempted uttering. A rider strongly recommended accused to mercy on account of his years. Prisoner was remanded till Monday for Sentence.
