New Trial on Serious Offence
VERDICT OF GUILTY IN ANOTHER CASE. Per Press Association. NAPIER, Last Night. A retrial was ordered by Mr. Justice Ostler at the Supreme Court, Napier, tbis afternoon when the jury, alter four houjfs, failed to agree as to whether Patrick O’Shauueasy, labourer, of Paradale, was guilty of indecent assault at Meeauee ou December 4, 1930. The new trial takes place ou Thursday uox* at the request of the Crown Prosecutor, Mr. 11. B. Lusk. Mr W.
