FRUITGROWERS SEEK RELIEF (Special to “Times”) NAPIER, Feb. 9. A request that the 10 per cent, penalty on rates levied on August 1 last should not be imposed until the 193738 fruit) crop was harvested was received yesterday by the Hawke’s Bay County Council from the Hawke’s Bay Fruitgrowers’ Association.
