Monthly Mooting Of Feilding W.D.F.U.

Mrs R. H. Buchanan as president, presided over a fair attendance of members of the Feilding branch of the W.D.F.U. on Friday afternoon last. A welcome was extended to Mesdames McFarlane, a new member, and Illston, who has been transferred from the Hunterville branch.

The housekeeping secretary, Miss Mayo, reported that two housekeepers had been employed during the month. The secretary reported on the catering for the Calf Club and Blind Institute stall at tne Feilding A. and P. Show and votes of thanks to all who had helped were passed. It was decided to hold a street stall in aid of club-room funds on Friday, March 19th.

Mr Thomas Watson has kindly consented to give an address on his recent travels in Australia at the March meeting and members are asked to attend. Following afternoon tea a votS of thanks to the hostesses was moved by tho president.
