SURPRISE AND DELIGHT. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Sunday, 9.20 p.m. VATICAN CITY, Feb. 6. Officials are surprised and delighted at the Pope’s recovery. His heart action is returning to normal, and the leg ulcerations are almost healed. Papal flags flying in celebration of the fifteenth anniversary of the Pope’s election had additional significance in view of his Holiness’s improved health. Ho received many congratulations and visitors and told one he felt better than before his illness.
