Australia Should Win Davis Cup
GERMANY AND JAPAN MAY BE HARD TO BEAT. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.— CopyrlKh t. Received Wednesday, 9.20 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 3. Australia should win tho Davis Cup, according to Mr. S. N. Doust, writing in the Daily Mail. Ho expresses the opinion that Britain's chance of retaining the cup is slender. The Daily Telegraph's tennis writer says Germany has the top half at her mercy. There is little doubt that the final of the American zone contest will be between Australia and America, but Japan must not be treated lightly.
