New Hawke’s Bay Companies
REGISTRATIONS ANNOUNCED. The following new Hawke’s Bay private companies have been registered:— J. Allan, Ltd., has been formed to carry on business as grocers in Hastings with a capital of £2OO in £1 shares, these being held by J. G. Allan £199, and D. Al. Allan £l. Thompson Alotors, Ltd., with a capital of £2IOO in £1 shares, will carry on tho business of garage proprietors. The shares will be held by A. T. Thompson £IOOO, E. Al. Thompson £IOO, A. Krough £IOO and W. Krough £IOO, all of Hastings, and T. J. Thompson, Wellington, £SOO.
C. C. Bushby and Son, Ltd., will have a capital of £1650 in £1 shares, all subscribed in Hastings. The new firm will carry on the retail fruiterers business of C. C. Bushby and Son, Hastings. The subscribers are: C. E. Bushby £1225, N?. J. Bushby £25 and C. C. Bushby £4OO.
A. Christie and Sons, Ltd., with a capital of £IO,OOO in £1 shares, will
carry on the wholesale and retail furnishing business of A. C. Christie. The shares have been subscribed by A. Christie £SIOO, D. T. Christie £IOOO, A. Christie £950, G. Christie £BSO, 11. O. Christie £750, A. B. Christie £7OO and Al. E. Christie £GSO.
Alitchell Duncum, Ltd., will carry on the garage business of H. Af. Mitchell, Napier. The capital of £IOOO in £1 shares will be subscribed by H. W. Alitchell £550 and A. Al. Duncum £l5O.
Maraemri Ltd. will carry on all branches of farming. The capital will bo £3OOO in £1 shares, subscribed by L. E. Harris (Napier) £2850 and S. J. Alitchell (Dannevirke) £l5O. Winter’s Value House, Ltd., will take over the drapery business of H. Winter, Wairoa. The capital of £SOO in £1 shares will be subscribed by H. Winter £440, V. E. Winter £lO and G. B. Winter £SO.
