Red Cross workers, and particularly leaders of the Junior Red Cross, should bo interested to hear of the development of tho movement in New South Wales to establish a memorial to the lato Mrs Eleanor McKinnon, who was the founder of the Junior Red Cross movement in Australia and a splendid worker for the Red Cross throughout her lifetime. Mrs McKinnon was one of the first women to be appointed as an alternate delegate for Australia to the League of Nations Assembly in Geneva, and while she was abroad for that purpose she also attended a conference arranged by the International Red Cross. The fund for the memorial has reached £1607.
