Boxing circles are upset by a report that Joe Louis in his training quarters at Pompton Lakes was floored by a punch by one of his sparring partners. Various versions of the affair are conflicting. Pastory, the Brown Bomber’s opponent, has ended his training and will remain in idleness until Friday. The latter is reported to have laid heavy wagers that he will defeat Louis.
