Milk for the Face

If your bottle of face tonic runs down and you need some treatment for the complexion, try using milk as a mild mask all night. Having washed the face and hands thoroughly and dried them perfectly, pour a little new milk into your palms (a tablespoouful is enough) and gently wash and dab your face and neck with it. Allow the milk to dry on for a

moment or two, merely absorbing any uncomfortable moisture that may bo left after that by pressing—not rubbing—with a soft towel or rag. That is all. In the morning wash your face as usual. The milk has whitening properties as well as nourishing ones.
