Danzig Settlement Expected
A NEW COMMISSIONER? United Press -Association—By Electric X eiegra pa.—Copy r ign t. GENEV'A, Jan. 26. It is expected that the Foreign Secretary (Mr Anthony Eden) will announce a settlement ox tue uuiiz.g question tomorrow. It is understood that Admiral de Graff, of Holland, will replace Mr Sean Lester as the League of Nations High Commissioner. The new agreement is stated to provide an apparent continuance of the status quo but to give the Nazis a free hand concerning internal affairs.
