JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANT NAPIER, Jan. 26. Judgment was entered for the defendant, Henry Badley, in a reserved Jecision given by Mr J. Miller, S.M. ;n the Napier Magistrate’s Court this norning in the case of Mr E. A.
