To-day’s Recipe

TOMATOES AND GREEN PEAS Tomatoes and green, peas combine to make a vegetable dish that will lend interest to any meal, and will serve as an attractive garnish with cutlets, grills and roasts. Cut a slice from the top of the tomatoes, using fairly small, evenly-shaped ones, and remove about a teaspoonful of the pulp. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, and place a lump of butter on top. Place on a greased dish, and bake for about 20 minutes. Have the peas ready cooked and drained, and fill the tomatoes with them. Place the cutlets in the centre of .a serving dish, and place the tomatoes around them.
