Shed and Hay Burned

Mr George Cornelius, of Masterton road, Pahiatua, had the misfortune to lose a shed full of pressed hay by fire in tho early hours of yesterday morning. It is thought that the cause of the fire was spontaneous combustion. Much hay has had to be taken in on the few fine days we have had this year and no doubt some may have been damp when pressed.
