Floods Increase in America
2000 VICTIMS BEING CARED FOR. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Thursday, 9.50 p.m. CHICAGO, Jan. 21. Continued rains have increased the flooded areas. Alotorised lifebbats are to be used for rescue work and will be sent to the worst affected areas. Red Cross officials in Washington estimated that they are already caring for more than 2000 flood victims.
