Mrs. J. A. Ward, of Wakeman street, has staying with her Mrs. J. Thompson and family, of Hastings. Mr. M. Priest, of Eketahuna, returned from trip to Auckland on Saturday ■night. Mr. W. R. Taylor, Kohinui, is a visitor to Wellington. Mrs. C. Walker, of Mangahao, has recently returned from an extended holiday in Ireland and India. Miss Foster, of Ballance, left Wellington yesterday by -’plane for Nelson. Mrs. M. Stevens and family, of Dannevirke, and Mrs. R. J. Gregory and her small son, of Mangahao, are holiday-making at Waitarere beach.
