GLOZEL A HOAX
SENSATIONAL SEQUEL TO FRENCH COMEDY. [By Electric Cable-Copyright.] [Aust and N.Z. Cablo -Association.] (Received Monday, 7.5 p.m.) PARIS, Feb. 26. The-battlo between eminent French and foreign archaeologists concerning the Glozel finds has taken a sensational turn. The police seized six tablets, a mould, two files and other tools, found in the farmhouse of Fradin (on whose land the tablets were discovered) and his family who were charging an entrance fee to view tho finds. The seizure is the outcome of a formal charge of fraud made by the Societe Prehistorique which characterises Glozel as a vast hoax, tending to discredit French scientific work.
THEIR FAITH IS UNSHAKE ABLE-
(Received Tuesday, 1.30 a.m.) PARIS, Feb. 27, Emile Fradin states that someone placed newly-engraved pebbles which the police seized in the wall of the cattleshed in\ order to discredit the Glozel finds. Tho Glozelians assert that the discoverey has in noway shaken their faith.
