Groves, read a letter threatening an ex-soldier with legal proceedings in order to/ recover 12/-. “Did you write the letter?” asked a Conservative back bencher. “You dirty dog,” shouted Mr. Jack Jones, while Mr. Groves protested the letter's; gonuiness. Mr. 'Will Thorne (Labour) wished the King were present and said: “I am sure His Majesty would have the will if he had the power.” Later Mr. Jack Jones .called Sir Kingsley Wood a damned liar and was ordered to leave the House. He walked out saying: “I will go, but ho remains a liar.” The debate wound .up in frequent uproar. \
