MAN AWATU BUTTER FACTORY.
A meeting of the directors wag held yesterday. Present Messrs Ferguson, (Chairman) Monrad, Abraham* Pratt and Caverhill. * It was resolved that Mr W. J Ferguson be appointed a milk-seller for the Company, i ' *'~.i\' Mr A. J, Clarke tendered his resignation as secretary, which was accepted' with regret, ;C . : ' On the motion of Mr Monrad. seconded by Mr Abraham, Mr T^ King was appointed secretary to the Com pany. Several accounts were/passed for pajment and the meeting adjourned till Friday next.
