PARIS, Sept. 14. Telegraini are to band froth Tunis reporting that the Arab insurgents made an attack to-day upon the French position at Zaghouan, about 50 miles to the south of Tunis, m great force, completely surrounding the camp. Desperate fighting en^ sued and contained for several hours, with heavy loss on "both sides. It is further stated that the Arabs have broken down the aqueduct which supplies th» City of Tunit with water.
