Toiniujht's "Post" says it has been arranged that the Hon. Mr Larnach will shortly proceed to England as one of the agents appointed to raise the new- loan. Before leaving, Larnachwill retire from the Cabinet and resign his seat m the Assembly. The negotiations connected with raising the loan will be entrusted 1 to Julyan andSargeant, the Agent-General, and Larnach, as directly representing the colonyv It is probable that Larnach on re* signing his, seat m the Assembly will be called, to, the Upper House.
