Not knowing what political changes may take place during the year we have just begun, it behoves every one entitled to the privilege of voting at an election, to see that his name is recorded; on the electoral roll for the district. This process requires little trouble and na expense to parties interested, but it must be done prior to the 31st of March or it will be too late. We beg to inform the public that voting papers will be supplied gratis on. application to this office after the Ist of March.
