The, Treasurer reported the dr. balance at "the Bank to be,£37l 8s 6d, and stated that tHe. subsidy, now considerably overdue, had not yet been paid by the Government. M^ gave notice of his intention to devote a sum sufficient for metalling 30 chains! on Maxwell's line, and repairs to the portion of Jackeytown road metalled last summer.
