COMMISSIONEBS PBESENT. V .' (Eoberfe Ward,- Esquire, 8.M., Chairman, J. T. StewartjtEsqt, 'j.'P., and Dr.. Rockstrow, J. P.) The Court was adjourned from,:its last sitting to the present date, for the purpose of' granting a transfer to Mr Schultze of the Awahuri Hotel- from his old house to the new one m course of erection. Mr Schultze -stated- that his new house was not quite finished, but would be quite ready m a fortnight. •■ The Chairman said' that the "Court would grant the transfer, subject to Mr . Schultze reporting when he liext came to Eoxton m three weeks that the house was- m the state required' by the ' Act, the transfer would then be endorsed on his license- . •' ■
