June 23. At the inquest on the body of Dixon, who died m consequence of fractureand ' dislocation of the spinal column, a ver'.dict of accidental death Was returned. At Onehunga a man named' George Hassard was seriously injured m the - head by being entangled m a chain, which caught m the engine shaft and tore up the flooring and fastenings^ while he was engaged m lowering goods from the upper floor m 'Bycroft's bis- - cuit factory. The Collector of Customs is distributing fifteen hundred pounds worth of bronze coin. V
