I, the undersigned, being appointed Registrar of Dogs for the Manawatu County under " The Dog Nuisance Act, 1803," call the attention of the public to clause 7 : — "Any person owning, maintaining, or having qharge of a dog six months old, unregistered, shall b. 1 liable to a penalty of not exceeding Five Pounds for every dog so owned, maintained, or being m his charge." All dogs must be registered on or before 31st May next, or the penalty will be enforced according to the above clause. Office for Registering Dogs : County Council OiSce Foxton. Hours, 10 ro 4. , On receipt of Post Office Order for 5/- aud stamped envelope, with name, color, and description of dog, together' with owner's name, address and occupation, a badge will be forwarded.
