March 22. - The ' Tenraka and G-eraldine show yesterday was a failure owing to everybody being busy with the harvest. — The Meat Preserving Company offer an advance of a shilling a head for sheep owing to increased value of meats in the London Market. — An Artesian well has been successfully bored at the Swimming Bath, and it is hoped that a practical supply for the town may thus be procured..
