Wednesday. Henry Young has purchased Learmouth's six hundred acre lease oh Mount . Rangitoto, for £500 cash,- arid £5,000 m paid-up shares ou the formation of a company. The lease acjjpins -the pros-pectors-mice and is between that and Hudson's. The company is to be called the Zealand Silver Mining Company j to be registered under- the Joint Stock Company's Act ; capital, £40,000 itt 8,000 shares of £5 each. The promoters are fifteen m number, and reserve 2,000 paid up shares and £1,000 cash on the formation of the company. Mr Young has engaged the services of the: origininal prospectors, and starts for the mine m a few days. .
