Sir,—-The Mayor and members of the committee set up locally to receive the evacuated children from Great Britain wish to publicly t'hank the members of All Saints’ Children’s Home Committee for placing the home at the disposal of the committee and boarding the children from their arrival on Saturday till yesterday, when they were placed in their new homes. The committee also want to thank the matron for her kindness to the children during their stay at the Home.— Yours, etc.,
