FATAL BURNS.
SOLDIER’S DEATH IN EGYPT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 30. The following N.Z.E.F. casualty was announced to-night:— PRIVATE WILLIAM JOHN ORLOWSKI, of the 20th Canterbury and Otago Battalion, died in Egypt from shock following burns as the result of an accident bn September 26, 1940; father, Mr F. S. Orlowski,, Junction Hotel, Oamaru. killed in Action. I Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 30. Advice has been received that Ser-geant-Gunner James Bracegirdle has been killed in action. He was reported missing on September 11. His father is Mr A. Bracegirdle, of Parnell.
