GOLF.
The Feilding Golf Club’s bogey matches on Saturday resulted in J. M. Campbell winning the A grade competition and D. Hay the B grade. There was a good attendance of players and the competitions were held under good conditions. J. M. Campbell and E. M. Hare were opponents in a senior championship round played in conjunction with the bogey matches. Campbell was the winner, having completed the course in a 35 compared with Hare’s 39. Scores in the bogey matches are:—A grade: J. M. Campbell, 3 up; T. C. Collins 1 up.; V. J. Sitchbury, P. G. Miles, square; B. Beattie, A. Orr, S. A. Govcr, 1 down ; J.' Stewart, 2 down. B grade: D. Hay, square; W. E. Carthew, 3 down.
