BOROUGH STATISTICS
POPULATION NOW 4670. The latest official statistics taken out in regard to the borough of Feilding show that the town has an area of 2090 acres, valued at £1,615,633 (capital), the unimproved valuo being £493,684. The value of buildings and alterations carried out during the past year are given at £15,769, while the population is shown at 4670. The streets in the borough total in length 35 miles. Regarding the water supply drawn from the Oroua River 12 miles north of Feilding, the capacity of the two reservoirs is given at 1,500,000 and 250,000 gallons respectively. ' "
