(From Our Oivn Correspondent.) BULLS, Sept. 16. At a meeting of the committee of the Bulls District Young Karmens’ Club Air S. G. Avery presided. The district secretary forwarded information relating to the shearing competition. From the secretary of the Junior W.D.F.U. an invitation was received to a meeting to make final arrangements for a dance. It was decided to bo represented. The district secretary wrote regarding the reclamation of waste material and it was resolved to invite members to bring such material to next month’s meeting, and to arrange for a central collecting depot. At the next meeting Mr Hill-Motion will deliver - an address, and a speaker is also being arranged for at the October meeting. On Thursday the 6cmi-finals of the Rangitikei Ladies’ Golf Club championships will be played, as follows: —Senior: Miss C. Wilson v. Miss Kilgour-Carter; Mrs ■ Hendry v. Mrs Clark. Junior: Mrs McKclvie v. Airs Smith, Aim Russell v. Airs W. Pearce. Over 12 holes: Aliss Flyger v. Alies J. Wilson, Airs Gibbons v. Miss Coleman. For other players, a stroke round will be provided, the draw being: Aliss F. Anderson v. Afiss Guy, Mrs Dalrymplo v. Airs Last-Harris. Miss C. Howard v. Airs Carter, Aliss Field v. Aliss P. Lovett, Aliss K. Amon. v. Airs Brookie, Aliss B. Gibbons v. Aliss Pcrrett, Aliss O. Levett v. Aliss Willis, Aliss N. Wilson v. Aliss M. Anderson, Airs D. Wilson v. scorer. The winners of Airs D. Wilson’s trophies on Thursday last were-Senior, Aliss B. Kil-gour-Cartcr, 90—17—73; junior. Airs D. Wilson, 109—30—79; Airs Last-Harris, 106— 27 —79; Airs Wilson won on the count, back.
