TRUTH STUDENTS.
Airs E. Birdsall, of 413 College Street, Palmerston North, has forwarded to the “Manawatu Standard” an article sent from London by Henry Thomas Hamblin, editor of Science of Thought Review, to bis students of truth. “As there is so much fear in the hearts of people to-day (especially elderly people), I would be so grateful to you if you can see your way to publish it in your valuable paper where it will be the means of reaching so many, and at the same time helping to win the war,” Airs Birdsall states. The article is as follows: “At this moment of supreme peril to our nation and the cause of freedom, when we are being. attacked by the Power of Darkness, it is necessary that eacli one of us should deny evil, any reality and power and to declare that it is cut off from the life of God and therefore withering as the grass and dying like a branch that has been severed from its parent tree. Now is the time to affirm that God is the only reality and substance, the only power and presence filling all space and beside whom there is no other; that this one omnipotent God is goodness, love, joy. harmony and peace. This should be done daily, and persevered with until the evil spell of fear is broken and truth realised. By so doing we cut right at the roots and into the vitals and the very heart of this evil thing that has arisen and which is endeavouring to enslave us.”
