A RECIPE.

CREAMED NOODLES. Beat 1 egg slightly, add i level teaspoon salt, Sift 1 level cup flour and gradually add to egg enough to form a very stiff dry dough. Roll put as tiim as paper. Cover with dry towel and allow to stand 20 minutes. Now roll up like a Swiss roll and cut into very fine shreds with a sharp knife. When all cut sprinkle with a little flour and shake out so as to unroll the paste. Allow them to dry thoroughly before cooking. Cook noodles m plenty of boiling salted water for 20 minutes Drain well, add 2 cups good white sauce, A cup grated cheese, popper and salt to tnsto. Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.
