PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the WoodvilJe County • Council proposes at its meeting to bo '■ - held on FRIDAY', the 4th day of October, 1940, to consider a motion •*& to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of Five thousand pounds; (£5000) under the provisions of The Rural Housing Act, 1939, for the purpose of financing the erection of dwellings for fanners and farm workers for a term not exceeding 25 years. That the said sum of £SOOO is to be secured by a Special Rate of eighty- ' one eight hundred and eighty-fourths (81-884ths) of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the Woodvillo County for the purpose of providing the half-yearly instalments of principal and. interest and other charges thereon. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Woodville County Council not later than the day preceding such meeting.
