ITALIAN CLAIMS.
(Rec. 12.0 noon) ROME. Sept 11. A communique states: Tho Italian air force repeatedly attacked Solium. Sidi Barrani, and Mersa Matruli and bombed and machine-gunned .plants, army vehicles and troops. Considerable damage was observed. Our bombers shot down two British fighters. Two Italian planes are missing. The enemy raided Bardia, Tobruk, Derna, and Lassala and considerably damaged non-military objectives. Thirteen were killed and 21 wounded.
