SCOUT DANCE.

The funds of the West End Scouts wero considerably augmented, last evening, when a successful dance was hold in aid of the troop funds. Music was supplied by a professional orchestra and extras were played by Messrs ft. Dawson and J. Cooper. Novelty dances were won as follow: Gav 'Gordons, Miss M. Davies and Mr J. McGill; Monte Carlo. Messrs 15. Bennett and J. Bead, and Miss It. Baldwin and Mr J. Bainbridge; lucky spot, Miss S. Baldwin and Mr Pulclowski. The newly formed West End Rover crew assisted the ladies with the supper and Mr W. Collins was M.C. Members of the committee wero Mesdames Fletcher, Murray. Reilly, Collins, Dear, Kennedy, Caldwell, Harris, Bartlett, Kelly, and Cooksley; Messrs Bartlett (secretary), Drinkwater, and Collins.
