HOCKEY.
The executive committee of the Feilding Hockey Association met last evening, when an invitation from the Wanganui Association to send a team to play there on Saturday next was accepted and the following players were selected: J. Sutton, N. Webb, F. McGrath, R. Jones, A. H. Packer, H. Coupe, N. Raven, Dalvell, B. Searancke, W. Reid, E. True; emergencies, T. James, R. Fade. Mr S. Chesterfield was appointed manager, and cars leave at 12.30 p.m. As the Feilding Association has ended its season the match will be the last game to bo played until next season.
