The closing of the Franeo-Swiss frontier has resulted from saboteurs blowing up a 300-ft railway viaduct. The explosion destroyed all houses in a radius of half a mile. It is estimated that three or four months will borequired to restore the line, which is the rnly available Franeo-Swiss railway link.
