MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
In the Magistrate's Court on Saturday, before Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., Cyril Potter, farm labourer, aged ' 27. was charged, with breaking and entering the, school-house at Bulls on June 4j> and stealing goods valued at £1 ,16s 6d, the profterty of Alice Gertrude Richards; and also with the theft of goods valued at 12s 6d, the property of R. C. Homes, at Bulls on June 1. On the application of Detective-Ser-geant Meiklejohn accused was remanded to appear on June 19. Harold Alexander Stewart, mill hand, aged 33, pleaded''guilty to disorderly conduct while drunk in Rangitikei Street and was fined £l.
