ARGENTINE MEASURES.

BUENOS AIRES, June 8. The chamber approved the general provisions of a revised presidential emergency Bill designed to maintain Argentine neutrality and to curtail Fifth Column activities. The revisions eliminated Press censorship. The Ministry of War in a communique stated that four persons were arrested after an armed attack on a suburban ammunition dump. A sentry fired on two who dashed for a petrol shed, whereupon they returned the fire. Shortly after this two others fired on a sentry at the main gate. No one was wounded.
