STERLING SOARS. NEW YORK, June 6. Sterling to-day soared over 65 cents, opening at 3183; it rose as high as 385 and closed at 370 after reports that new British foreign exchange regulations could be expected tomorrow abolishing the free market for sterling. ATLANTIC FLIGHTS. Pan-American Airways are starting on June 18 three trans-Atlantic flights a„week instead of the present two, due to increased business resulting from the war. UNITED STATES NAVY. WASHINGTON, June 6. The Senate has approved and sent to the White House the Navy Bill, now seeking 1,492,000,000 dollars.
