Scanlon’s sale at Makerua on Monday next, June 10. Mr Scanlon has boon dairying on this property how for some considerable time. Owing to health'reasons ho is relinquishing bis dairy herd and the entire offering will be for sale without reserve. This herd had been individually tested under the Manawatu Herd-Testing Association for many years. During tin's past season the herd lias established a record in buttorfat production. The cows arc of the Jersey cross type, the majority young. As each cow is being individually tested tho returns will be available at tho sale. Mr Scanlon is to be congratulated on his production over a period of very many years;
