CONCLUSION REACHED. OFFICIAL REPORT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 0. The secret session of Parliament concluded at 11.15 p.m., when the House rose until 2.30 p.m. to-morrow, when the first two speeches m the Address-in-lleply debate will be taken. At the conclusion of the session the following report, of the proceedings at the secret session was issued under the authority of the Speaker (Hon. W. E. Barnard): “The Prime Minister (Hon. IFraser), in moving the adjournment of the House, gave an outline of the international situation and . a history of the organisation for national security and of the despatch of forces overSC “The Minister of Defence (Hon. F. Jones) reviewed the conferences and consultations that had taken place on the defence needs of this then outlined developments in the three fighting services, both as regards personnel and equipment. An outline of the provisions made for training was also given. Particulars of assistance m trained personnel given and to j be given overseas were also furnishe . _ Twenty-eight speakers took part m the debate.
