ALL-PARTY CABINET.
MOVEMENT SUPPORTED. Support for the National Service Movement, which held a big .rally in Auckland on Tuesday urging complete political unity and the immediate intensification of the Dominion’s war effort, is being'accorded by the coni-; mittee in Palmerston North which organised the recent big meeting in the Opera House at which the need for a better war effort was stressed. The following telegram, signed by tlie Mayor (Mr A. E. Hansford),‘lias been sent to the Prime Minister JHon. P. Fraser) : “The committee" of tlie Palmerston North meeting heartily endorse the Auckland motion of the National Service Movement, and are definitely, of the opinion the response to the heavy sacrifices required of the people will be more graciously and effectively made if emanating from an all-party cabinet and Government.” -
