A RECIPE.
Take 6oz. currants, 4oz. sugar, 3oz. suet, 1 egg, 3oz; breadcrumbs, 2oz. flour, rind and juice of 1 lemon. - Mix 'the shredded snet and other ingredients together. Mix well. Put them in a greased basin and ’ cover with a greased paper and steam for two hours.
